I'm not going to try to strong-arm you into working with me. I only work with people who are action takers, committed to doing the work and invested in the process.
I work with clients on an annual basis. We set big goals together, and we commit to one another to make sure your goals are achieved in the most optimal way.
My structure is unique- the coaching isn't built around in person, zoom or phone calls. It is built around the most effective way I have found to produce results- short, 1-1 voice memos and texts that allow me to set accountability, answer your questions and provide strategy in a way that gets right to the point and is done in the most time-efficient way possible.
It is called asynchronous coaching — which allows us to achieve massive results without needing real-time interaction. This allows you to get guidance and coaching at your pace without the need to schedule time-consuming live meetings. It also allows for a higher quality of coaching because it gives both you and I space to give well-thought-out responses to level up the quality of our work together.
